Exchange and return

If you would like to return an item purchased from Resonance, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Goods must be in perfect condition, all labels must be in place.

In order to issue a refund, write an email to info@resonance.com .

The following documents and data must be attached to the letter:

  • Desired date and time for the transfer of the returned goods to the courier service;
  • A completed and signed return application is required for all returns;
  • Sales receipt (located inside the box with the order).

Payment

Bank Card:

  • Upon delivery by CDEK in Russia;
  • When ordering on the site;

Cash:

  • Same day courier delivery;

Delivery

Moscow with in the MKAD:

  • Not included in the purchase price;

Moscow outside the Moscow Ring Road and the Moscow Region:

  • Not included in the purchase price;

Pickup:

  • Same day courier delivery;

Delivery across Russia:

  • Not included in the purchase price.
